Q: What to expect during the first appointment?
A: The day of your exam we will provide a treatment plan for you, which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience we offer the following payment options:Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: We accept the following methods of payment:
•Cash or Check•Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express •Financing options through CareCredit & Chase which include interest free plans (you can apply directly at www.carecredit.com & www.chasehealthadvance.com Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment.
Q: What does “in-network” mean?A: In-network is when a dentist is contracted with an insurance company. By staying “in-network” you can save up to 20% because the dentist and the insurance company have agreed to lower, negotiated rates.
Q: What insurances do you accept?
A: We are In-network with the following insurances:
•Ameritas: Standard Reliance and Principal PPO
•Careington: 15% discount, 20% discount, POS Plan, PPO Plan
•Dental Choice (Connection Dental)
•Delta Dental Premier and DPO
•United Concordia: National Fee for Service (Military is under this plan)
•Dental Select (Platinum and Traditional); for Silver and Gold 20% discount only

Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you as a courtesy. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
Q: What does my dental plan cover?
A: Every insurance policy is different. To get a detail description of your benefits, please contact your insurance company directly.
Q: Is the first visit covered 100%?A: Most plans cover 100% of diagnostic services. However, some plan cover less. Please refer to your evidence of coverage for specific details on your coverage.
Q: What if I have two dental plans?A: Most insurances coordinate benefits, which means, we can bill both companies so you have to pay less out of pocket.
Q: What if I don’t understand my benefits?A: You can always call our office and speak with one of our team members who will be happy to go over your benefits with you. Remember, we will only do what is covered 100% by your insurance. Anything else, you will be given a treatment plan with a breakdown of your benefits and payment options.
