Pediatric Dentist serving Austin, TX

“Superior Care and Expertise for your child’s dental needs”

Children's Dentist Austin, TX No matter what age you are, getting your teeth cleaned regularly by a dentist is important. At Lonestar Pediatric Dental, serving the Austin and surrounding Texas areas, we offer children dental care services. At our office, we want to start children with a good foundation for proper oral health. By bringing your children to our office as early as one year of age, a routine will be set in place that will help your child with proper oral health. It is a common misconception for people that your child’s teeth will be fine since they will eventually fall out anyways. That way of thinking is not good. It’s important to maintain the health of your child’s baby, or primary teeth. Neglecting these teeth can lead to problems developing permanent teeth. Lone Star Pediatric Dental goes above and beyond to make each dental visit an experience free from stress and filled with fun.  As always parents can accompany their children for exams, hygiene treatments, and operative work to provide the comfort they need. We are Proudly In-Network with most insurance companies including:  Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Delta Dental, CHIP, Dental Select, Humana, United Healthcare, United Concordia, Medicaid, Metlilfe, Assurant, MCNA, DentaQuest, and more!If you are looking for a pediatric dentist in austin, LSPD is here to help!   Diagnosing and treating small problems early on help prevent them from turning into larger problems. When you bring your children into our dental office for routine cleanings, we will let you know if we think your child would benefit from braces as some signs of orthodontic problems may not be obvious. Whether your child has early or late loss of teeth, engages in finger sucking, has crowded teeth, misaligned teeth, difficulty chewing, or other symptoms, it may be a good idea to look into kid’s braces. Before getting braces, your child may need a palatal expander in order to prepare for the braces. After getting their braces, your child’s teeth may feel a little bulkier and it can take a day or two to become accustomed to them. Our dentist will explain the importance of taking care of teeth with braces by taking extra care with hard foods, minimizing sugar intake, and more. For more information about kid’s braces or to schedule a consultation, please call our office today.

I recommend anyone and everyone

Mar 11, 2015 by Anthony N Darlene Galvan

"Lone star pediatric dental (central office) is where I take all of my kids. I recommend anyone and everyone to take their kids there. The staff is very friendly and understandable. You will always see a smile and always greeted when you arrive. And of course they alway say good bye when you leave. The waiting area is kid friendly. They have touch screen game on the wall where the kids can play while waiting their turn. After every visit not only do the kids get their little bag with a toothbrush and stuff they also get a token to use to get a toy and they can even get a balloon !! (The kids love getting the token and balloon) again I recommend for anyone and everyone to bring their kids here you will not regret it !!"

"My two girls (1 and 2 year old) are new patients at Lone Star Pediatric Dental and we just loved the staff and doctor. Everyone was just so friendly! Both of my girls had a great appointment (no crying or fussing), the doctor had the right magic touch with kids. She and the staff just made it a very pleasant visit. Will definitely be coming back and referring all my friends!

Thanks for all that you do and Happy Holidays!"

"I just went to the central location and the front staff are beyond amazing! Although I was not able to see a doctor due to my insurance being inactive! But the girls did not turn me down, They called to verify my ins.Status! Checked on every website possible and spoke to many ins.Reps! After exhausting all insurance possibilities, They offered me a great new pt. deal of 99 for a consultation, X-rays, and cleaning! Can't wait for next week!:) thanks!!"
